PACKAGE SUPPLY PLATFORM

The package supply counter is the starting point of the express delivery automated sorting system. While supplying packages, volume detection, weight measurement and waybill analysis are carried out on the packages to ensure that they are read by the main control system before officially entering the line. This enables quick matching of the corresponding loading carts and unloading grids to complete the sorting steps along the optimal route, improving the reading rate and analysis accuracy, and promoting the efficient operation of the automated sorting system. Generally, the bag supply table has three to seven sections of belts, which are divided into the introduction section, the acceleration section and the bag supply section. The more acceleration segments there are, the higher the packet supply efficiency will be. The common types of bag supply stations are: 45-degree Angle (clockwise/counterclockwise direction) and 30-degree Angle (clockwise/counterclockwise direction).
