Yingjie Technology's 3D sorting machine (seeding wall) is a cost-effective automatic three-dimensional sorting equipment that can visually identify materials and commodities for secondary classification. It is mainly applied in the e-commerce industry and also applicable to various fields such as medicine, clothing, hardware, and warehouses. It has changed the traditional e-commerce warehouse sorting mode that relies on manual sorting, improved the overall shipping efficiency, reduced the sorting error rate, and thereby enhanced the management efficiency and operational quality of the warehouse.

System Architecture

1. Modular Rack System

High-density galvanized steel framework with anti-vibration design (EN 1090-2 certified), supporting 1,500kg/m² static load capacity for sorted goods storage.

2. Autonomous Guided Cart (AGC) System

Dual-axis servo positioning system with real-time encoder feedback (17-bit resolution), achieving ±0.05mm positioning accuracy (ISO 9283 compliant).

3. Industrial ECS (Electrical Control System)

EtherCAT-based distributed control architecture (IEC 61158-4-12) with cycle time ≤2ms, integrated with Yingjie Tech's proprietary motion control algorithms for 1,200 sorts/hour throughput.

4. Machine Vision Scanning System

Multi-camera array (5x 12MP CMOS) with adaptive lighting, achieving 99.99% read rate (ISO 15415 Grade A) through TCP/IP communication with host MES/WMS systems.

5. Precision Guideway System

Dual-axis synchronous belt drive with linear encoder (0.1μm resolution):
